FOWLERVILLE, Mich. (Mid Michigan Gazette) — A large firefighter response was seen in Fowlerville’s downtown area on Wednesday night.
A handful of first responder vehicles were seen blocking traffic on the 130 block of Grand River Avenue.
Mid Michigan Gazette saw more than a dozen firefighters walking around the block around 11:30 p.m. on April 8, 2026, with a ladder hoisted and extended over the roofs of Save-On Family Foods and the Bloated Goat Saloon.
It is unclear at this time what the situation entailed.
At least five fire engines from Fowlerville and the surrounding areas were at the scene.
